WebDDO can run in 4k already, just plug in a 4k monitor and select the resolution. The UI doesn't scale, and a lot of the textures still look like ass (but some still look pretty good). The low poly model mesh doesn't help either. (think of skyrim before & after the static mesh improvement mod)
