WebThe easy one - rebooted. Had installed a Malwarebytes update between the time it was working and not so I uninstalled it and rebooted. Nothing changed. Reinstalled Malwarebytes. Updated Windows. Disabled touchscreen then re-enabled. Uninstalled driver then re-installed. Uninstalled last Windows update and installed most current.
